Bob was resident agent on the Lambton Estates until 2006 and has been a Chartered Surveyor since 1972. Working in Northumberland, Durham and North Yorkshire for public and private enterprises, Bob is well experienced in the establishment and management of a wide range of rural enterprises. In addition, he also farms 320 acres at home in County Durham, with his wife Susan.
In his role at Lambton, Bob gained significant experience in dealing with the Estate’s sporting and agricultural interests. Given the unique position of the Lambton Estate, Bob has regularly been involved in the sale of development land, the progression of developments in house and the negotiation of the release of restrictive covenants.
The Estate operated a significant leisure business from Witton Castle and Bob has been involved in the running of a caravan park and the hosting of public events such as country fairs and point to points.
Now taking a wider role within the Company, Bob is in a position to use his substantial experience to provide advice to clients on a range of matters.
