The Team - Garran Bramley

Garran joined Gray’s in January 2007 as the Property Manager of Lambton Park where his main responsibilities are for the day to day property management issues arising from the Bowes Business Park office development and other commercial work for the Company. In addition he is available to provide support to the rural surveyors in the increasing amount of commercial work with which they are becoming involved.

Garran brings with him extensive commercial property experience within both the private client and agency sectors.

Garran’s background means that he also has responsibility for the day to day management of a portfolio of residential properties in the Gateshead area as well as the person responsible for industrial, commercial and telecoms work.
