The Team - Calum Gillhespy

Calum is the Managing Director of Gray’s and runs the Richmond office.

Calum first started his career undertaking management work for private and institutional clients however soon developed specialisms for valuations and development appraisals which form a significant part of the work he currently undertakes.

Calum is established in the provision of wind farm advice to landowners, dealing with sites from Devon to County Durham. Latterly, Calum has become involved in site appraisals for anaerobic digestion plants, investigation of the grants available for these and the appropriate marriage of feed stocks to suppliers.

In 2008 Calum was amongst the first cohort of RICS accredited mediators and is therefore able to provide a timely, cost effective dispute resolution service in respect of property, workplace and general commercial disputes.

In addition, Calum has extensive experience in compulsory purchase and compensation matters as well as negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals.

Calum brings a direct, professional approach to all of the work he undertakes and ensures that clients are provided with robust advice in a timely manner.
