Valuations of property are infrequently required by most people but are needed for sales, acquisitions, taxation, lending, borrowing or grant application purposes.
We specialise in the swift provision of full valuation reports in North Yorkshire, Northumberland, County Durham and Cumbria, all within the guidelines of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
We are experienced in reporting to other professional advisers and lending institutions. In an increasingly complex and regulated environment, Gray’s can work with clients to determine the exact nature of the report that they require and tailor the valuation to those requirements.With extensive management experience and an in-house commercial surveyor, Gray’s are in a strong position to advise clients on the valuation of most property types. In addition we can oversee the provision of specialist advice such as structural or asbestos surveys which might be required to clarify elements of that valuation.
