For those staff in training, Gray’s will invest a considerable amount of time in them. Calum Gillhespy is an APC doctor and the Company will put in place an RICS accredited Structured Training Agreement, setting out exactly how the training will be delivered.
The Company currently employs sixteen staff of which ten are professional staff and six are support staff.
The variety of the Company’s work means that all of its staff enjoy fresh challenges on a regular basis and, for training purposes, this will often place them in a better position than those employed by larger organisations, where they might become pigeon holed or operating within specialist departments.
