Gray’s are delighted to announce the opening of their fourth office. This is on Belmont Business Park in Durham and was officially opened on 26 August.
The opening of the office results from an expansion of our work in the North East as a consequence of which Phil Scott-Priestley has been taken on and is responsible for heading up the new office.
Phil has returned to the family farm in the North East to take up his position with Gray’s and brings with him a sporting expertise which increases the strength in depth which the Company already has in this area.
Mike Reynolds has also joined the Richmond office as a trainee land agent where he will be assisting Calum Gillhespy.
In addition to the expansion of offices and staff, the range of services offered by the Company has also been extended through the addition of a mediation service following Calum Gillhespy’s accreditation by the RICS as one of their first cohort of accredited mediators and one of only two operating north of the Midlands.

Gray’s Chartered Surveyors operates in the north of the country, principally in County Durham, Yorkshire, Northumberland and Cumbria. The Company has offices in Richmond, Hamsterley, near Bishop Auckland and Lambton Park at Chester le Street.
